MEDIATRAINING 1:
What to do when you are approached by journalists?

After this training you will be able to skilfully react when the telephone rings and a journalist asks questions, or a camera team is waiting for you in the lobby. From your perspective the focal point is the application of a developed practice using microphone and camera.

MEDIATRAINING 2:
What to do to obtain media coverage?

After this training you will know how to get media coverage for your company or organization and how you can target your message. Exercises with video analysis, aimed to achieve this, help you with the actual implementation.

  • You will learn in what ways you can access the media
  • You will learn what makes a good story for the media and their public
  • You will learn which protagonists are needed for a successful story
  • You will learn how to tell your story convincingly
  • You will learn how to write press releases
  • You will learn how to hold a press conference
  • You will learn how to be on a good footing with (individual) journalists

MEDIATRAINING 3 (CRISIS COMMUNICATION):
How to react competently in a crisis?

After this training you will have the knowledge and understanding of what constitutes a crisis, how it develops time-wise and how you can cope with it. The object is to competently avert the crisis in order not to have to react. Stress interviews with video analysis enable you to experience and expand your limits.

  • You will learn what constitutes a crisis and how the media react to it
  • You will learn about the chronological sequence of events in various crises
  • You will learn how to avert the crisis rather than react to it
  • You will learn when and which persons in your company should face the media
  • You will learn how to stay calm in stress interviews
  • You will learn how to include positive messages
  • You will learn how important the co-ordination between the operational and communicative management is
